At the time no doubt he was doing me a favor providing progressive knowledge that is readily available for all who see a reason to expand their adeptness to progress whereas reality attests in the majority of the environments I have experienced all efforts are made just to be caught up to date with the environment that is of happenstance that has caused he or she to be there.

It is the particular realities that I know well of, existing as it is and dealing with it in the only manner I could being as ignorant to the actual realities behind the scene as the next guy, however simultaneously developing a particular adeptness to seek out the truth, tell it how it is, and let nature take it's course as I refer to the real world of money though not too familiar with the entity my opinions became a humongous value in determining the TRUTH and yet personally received no monetary benefit, with the only benefit of my particular adeptness to determine the truth and my fortitude and conviction to present it where need be to the owner of the company I worked for, with my particular aptitude coincidental to and beneficial to all in which I became the mediator without portfolio or any benefit other than the obvious fact that I was particularly congenial and adept to all situations I found myself in having a deserved respect of exhaustive effort applied to earn the associated respect.

It is in the knowing and most comprehensive understanding of me that I only can possibly know what knowledge is contained within me, obviously far superior to any person in the reality that is of the 90% majority that seemingly have had no cause to venture the multitudes of paths that I have encountered with myself no possible reason to know that the knowledge and accompanying experience gained in my forty year career in the legal land survey industry would be so significant to the collapsing of the government organized crime that persists world wide.

Truly I was a rare breed in the legal survey industry due my love for it and progressive advancement to introduce what would be considered pioneer, but what I got for it was all within my own mind as my superiors would take the credit for all my efforts and ingenuity and at one time since the City of Toronto wanted to be credited for my new innovations to the system took all my licenses away of the relative software and did not get me a new computer in the 2K replacement of government computers.

About 2 years later after I had demonstrated what can be done by keeping up with the latest technology the computer guy explained to me how they are developing a system to do what I had developed 2 years prior at home on my own time that they rewarded me by exempting me from a new computer and gave my licences for pertinent programs I used in the development to other personnel.

They hate smart asses in their ignorant environment and make no effort to hide the fact that you may well imagine does not go unnoticed being most frustrating to me who was far superior in technical, and legal knowledge of any of the wannabes of the city of Toronto as they, due their persistence to ignorance of that which is supposed to be their profession managed to screw up every professional initiative intended to advance the technology, simplification of due process always informing the taxpayer that that they are on the case to provide the necessities of society efficiently and effectively whereas they know well the objective but stand without a clue as to its acquisition.

Despite the manner in which they treated me, always used for special assignments and new ventures to observe how they they should be done they simply saw me as just one of their tools to be used without ever considering a raise or promotion worthy of my efforts and knowledge contained within me that they used without hesitation having proved myself over and over again.

Before I left I spent a year at home on my own time learning AutoCad so I could bring the field and office staff together on an efficient and cost effective procedure to deal with the persistent time consuming everyday routines, but that is not where their interests lay as the hierarchy of every government department is respected as to how many staff they have on hand and how big their budget is, never interested in setting up a procedure that will eventually eradicate themselves quite the contrary as they do everything within their power to demonstrate their need and expand their empire.

This is all covered rather extensively on other sites, being just a preamble of my background and my adeptness to deal with government humanoids that each day you would get to hear how much longer so and so has to go before retirement.

They will be happy to know that I am on the case though taking the long way, but only way to expose all governments for precisely what they are, cancers upon society that eat away at the taxpayer's hard earned funds that make much less than them without the benefits, yet finance them and their benefits that is obviously pathetically wrong always has been that my objective is not only to report the facts of the reality for them to apologize under public pressure and then initiate plans as if to equalize, for I intend to expose these assholes for precisely what they are, and make them all pay back what they stole from the people that provided them the wherewithal to act on their behalf consistent with the Constitution, democracy, rule of law and the Canadian Charter of rights being the supreme law of Canada that all laws must be consistent with conducive to every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights.

There is a humongous history between me and government personnel with me concerned about the tax payer's money ever persistent to expanding my knowledge to expedite the efficient and effective necessities of society that in 1974 I left the Department of Highways of Ontario because I was red-lined ... having reached the extent of salary range for position registered as held even though I was always working higher positions not paid for.

A private surveyor hired me with the promise of a supervisor position in a few months once I familiarized my self with their operation, but METRO refused to allow me to work on their jobs that put a humongous glitch in my career and left them after a year.

As what goes around comes around and Scarborough who I had joined in 1990 when the economy went sour once again leaving my managers position of a small office for a much lesser position, but with greater pay and benefits not available in the private sector such as secure jobs and decent pension plans, yet we financed the government personnel's luxuries being most pathetic considering their dedication to ignorance and no need to profit to maintain and retain their jobs held secure for life with raises guaranteed in economic downturn with all around people losing their jobs.

I had the opportunity to knock the hell out of the way Metro surveyed property, ... them that had refused to allow me to supervise contract jobs for them in 1974 as it became readily apparent that they knew well of me and their specific attentiveness to incompetence that the reality of the thing that they were intended to achieve back in 1974 to make procedures much more efficient and effective now costs humongously more to straighten out the shambles they left the city property lines in.

I took all the issues into consideration developing a new plan through AutoCad to rectify the situation to be further ahead than what was originally intended and in fact could immediately halt hiring and by transferring other survey personnel doing inane jobs outdated by new technology to meaningful purpose by the time present staff retired the positions would be no longer needed able to run two departments with a skeleton staff that eventually due persistence they gave in suggesting they would look at it, but concluded as I already knew their staff wasn't up to the challenge, but I had specifically designed the new procedure with due regard to the their ineptness.

In follow up they also concluded that they had spent humongous money in a venture of insanity that had to continue perhaps due the fact they were most familiar and comfortable in insane environments where no persons like me could come along and ask why in the hell are you doing the job that way that will tale a month and absolutely superfluous as often I had to sit down with them and explain the facts of life.

Obviously they already knew better than I ... sign up with the government cash for life plan and retire comfortably in a few short years after putting in a few short hours everyday attempting to figure out just what they actually were required to do.

Anyways I eventually realized I was of no help staying with them on the inside so retired and took the 19 gallagher papers to the City of Toronto Mayor's office which they immediately began a cover-up first claiming there was no record of my papers coming through the mayor's office even though I had receipts and a signed letter from the mayor's assistant acknowledging receipt of the papers.

So perhaps that is what initially got me started, but when I was defrauded of over $100, 000 June 30 2005 documented, witnessed and recorded in an Ontario court administered by the Ontario Attorney General who not only refused to file the appropriate charges consistent with his RESPONSIBILITY as the "Guardian of the Public Interest" that includes representing the VICTIM (Me) and the alleged that pretty much covers us all eh?

So why did all government departments, agencies and police that he or his agents, Crown Attorneys advise send me to a private sector lawyer that they knew bloody well I could not afford, and more importantly not required to being guaranteed equally to equal protection and benefit without discrimination being obvious the government with appointed puppet Attorney General have set up an extortion racket charging exorbitant fees that protects them from the 90% majority of us not able to to afford to access their illegitimate system that includes the Legal Aid system.

These bastards have the taxpayer of the 90% majority fund the the Legal Aid system to defend the criminal element that breeds in the impoverishes sector that is the result of their Royal ransacking of society whereas it is absolutely incomprehensible that 10 % hold the wealth and 10% hold the poverty an obvious unfair distribution of the countries wealth and in fact cannot be considered to be anything, but illegal as the Law Society boasts how they have expanded their industry into the impoverished sector that nothing can be more obvious that the private sector layers are Criminal Fraud extortionists that do not belong in society as I reiterate that clearly it states in the "Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General published on the Ontario government web site that

An important part of the Crown's - and thus the
Attorney General's - responsibility in conducting criminal prosecutions is
associated with the responsibility to represent the public interest - which
includes not only the community as a whole and the victim, but also the
accused.

The Crown has a distinct responsibility to the court to present all
the credible evidence available.

The evidence shows they make every effort to obstruct the evidence from getting to the courts as I have an admittance from the law Society confirmed by many staff that their members are not required to give a damn about every individual's guaranteed Charter rights and months later state that they are not required to look at evidence when it is against their members citing the Law Society Act that the Attorney General administers who was provided all the evidence and declined to respond being precisely what any sane person would do when caught with their pants down in such humongously serious issues that I sometimes feel the death penalty is the only appropriate punishment attentive to due regard to deterrence.

Then we have the RCMP who I filed against with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate the irrefutable evidence of government organized crime I provided November 8 2007 and RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis signed the Final Letter of Disposition September 3 2008 stating that although I had provided hundreds of pages of documents he chose not to look at it demonstrating the caharlatan ways taught them by the Law Society finding the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate the government organized crime.

Nobody has ever accused them of being intelligent, luckily they do not need to be as they have the system so stacked against the populace deliberately structured to protect themselves having a prodigious amount of evidence clearly documenting their modus operandi that has allowed their illegitimate success with the media major players owned by the likes of once Sir .... Conrad Black that the media are now exerting effort to befuddle the minds of the people to get him out of jail when he gets back in Canada early in August.

If I manage to get the evidence to the public they are done with the Struggle of Humankind destined to be soon over as all Capitalist Pig governments purporting to be democracies operate the same way.

Obviously my life isn't worth a plugged nickel having backed them into a corner with absolutely no way out for "One In There Is No Getting Out" although i have provided them the one and only legitimate way out I was well aware long ago that when I caused them to be seriously concerned I would have great cause to be concerned.

You will note the date on his November 2 2007 as Oct 2 g 2007 as he responds to the RCMP Task Force issues stating how confident he was of Brown and others selected to address the link to the DOJ that surfaced during the Standing Committee for Public Account's inquiry into the RCMP pension fund scandal and sure enough Stockwell had every right to be confident in Brown as the link to the DOJ disappeared, but ultimately Day informed he was responsible for the people and Parliament for the actions of the RCMP while Brown reports on the pathetic shambles of the RCMP blaming Zack former RCMP Commissioner who they had it in for since September 13 2000 when the North Shore News reported he was no Political Patsy having informed of the organized crime infesting the people's government as poor Zack wasn't aware that organized crime has always been what the people were led to believe was the people's government.

They had been grooming William Elliot for the Deputy Minister RCMP Commissioner position needing to get one of them in the position since Mulroney stole the RCMP from the people perhaps part of the Bilderberg New World Order initiative that began meeting 1n 1954 that felt it necessary to off JFK and brother RK and get Obama in on the play to get the African Nations on side documentaries on Ninja Video.

So anyway my MP Peter Van Loan eventually became Minister of Public Safety who of course ignored my registered letters to him as did Prime Minister Harper, Governor General Michael Jean the same one I had sent to RCMP Commissioner William Elliot also sending a reg. letter to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada Robert Nicholson

I have not yet sent him a registered letter and will attend to that as soon as I bring this RCMP site up to date for him and of course for evidence sufficient that he has been informed and his appropriate actions consistent with The Spirit are requested and required obviously of the utmost urgency and of course his non response will be irrefutable evidence Public Need to Know Evidence so the public can be certain as to whether or not he is with the conspiracy with idle mind and tends to go down with the ship or jump as we are prepared to welcome him here with us given the extraordinary peculiarity of happenstances.

Of course with us he will be bound to and by The Spirit as the illegal system is immediately converted to be invincible in, of and with The Spirit.

All persons that register with us from former governments will be stringently scrutinized perhaps more so than others that may appear that were never in cahoots with the Corporate World puppet government.

On November 8 2007 I filed the irrefutable evidence on hand to that date with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate government organized crime corruption and conspiracy that immediately forwarded the complaint to the office of the RCMP commissioner citing the RCMP Act thus giving the evidence to them I complained about to investigate themselves which we all know is common practice and emphatically and unequivocally absurd hardly providing Canadians confidence the system is legitimately adept to protect every individual as guaranteed.

I had been providing the evidence to the RCMP since on or about January 19 2006 after RCMP Sgt Michael Thomson responded on the original complaint I filed with the RCMP in December dated November 15 2005 as I recall requesting they address the issues under the Business Corporation Act since the York Regional Police and OPP had refused to address the issues under the Criminal Code.

The response of RCMP Sgt. Michael Thomson had linked the DOJ, and all subsequent e-mails to him and the RCMP Commissioner William Elliot addressed the government organized crime that were ignored in neglect of their responsibility to the sanctity of the Constitution ... The Spirit and thus seriously compromising the guaranteed Charter rights of every individual to be equally governed, protected and benefited consistent with the obvious 3 TIER System as documented on the 10 80 10 site, however the rights of the 90% majority have always been compromised to the point of non - existence.

On September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of the Greater Toronto Area responded somehow finding a place for another nail in their coffin as nobody has ever claimed any of them to be particularly bright being why so much puffery as he states in the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition that although I had provided hundreds of pages of documentation he clearly chose to not investigate it consistent with my complaint of government organized crime once again demonstrative of their diversionary deceptive practice attempting to slip out the back door to find the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate government organized crime while he himself admitted he refused to investigate government organized crime of corruption and conspiracy somehow seeing a difference in the way he worded it with help from his friends.

On or about September 24 2008 I filed back with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP as per protocol requesting a REVIEW clearly demanding they immediately obtain a copy of RCMP Staff Sgt R.B MacAdams report being the person assigned by the RCMP Commissioner's office to investigate the evidence I filed with my complaint, as I wanted to make certain the RCMP had no time to mess with it and they acknowledged that they had requested the information from the RCMP as I requested.

My original request for a REVIEW also requested a copy of the Staff Sgt R.B. MacAdam's report for myself that I requested in subsequent e-mails with no response.

The Commission had attempted to bow out early on or about December 20 2007 to which I responded December 27 2007 but never heard from Andree Leduc again, obvious the conspirators were now controlling him

On or about December 24 2008 the Commission REVIEWS Chair Paul Kennedy signed the conclusions of the REVIEW noting that they were absolutely independent of the RCMP not mentioning the same boss as he provided an abundance of bull-shit far more than any others had bothered to spew obviously irrelevant to the evidence that one would have to read to know, but regardless he found that it was appropriate for RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of the the GTA to ignore the hundreds of pages of documentation to find the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate government organized crime and I suppose appropriately so for if they had have investigated the evidence they would have known the government was organized crime if they were competent in investigative theory and procedure they may have even realized that they were major players in the conspiracy and if they did not manage to put this thing to bed and someone else of higher authority looked into it they would have to spank them for being perhaps a wee too laxed and ultimately slap them with shame stating they acted inappropriately as they did with Mulroney who had admitted his Tax evasion after $18 million dollars spent including the RCMP on going investigations over the passed 20 years

Setting all else aside Al Capone got life for Tax Evasion and upon his admittance of Tax Evasion involved with an armaments dealer of which there simply is no end to the ramifications and charges that would be laid if the RCMP were not in on the conspiracy for charges should have already been laid by the RCMP of Tax Evasion alone an open and shut case with his admittance, but once again they demonstrate their diversionary tactics as if it made a difference of whether or not he was still Prime Minister as he was bribed for his obvious influential power that gets into matters of starting wars for humongous financial benefit with armament dealers a vested interest in wars not particular which government they incite as long as they sell their products for humongous money.

On November 4 2009 I began a trek through the federal government Access to Information and Privacy Act maze that clearly documents their diversionary deceptive tactics as I was requesting a copy of RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B MacAdam's report that the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP had refused to provide me in the fall of 2008 having requested a copy immediately providing them no time to tamper with it or make one up if they hadn't actually required MacAdam to write up a report knowing full well they could and would not find themselves guilty.

Bob did inform that he had been promoted to NCO 1/e Bob when he gave me his sorry spiel for not finishing the report as promised before he went on vacation to celebrate his promotion, stating he understood the necessity to be thoughtful and thorough, but obviously not the urgency.

From the beginning he has informed that he has many projects on the go not only having to work on this one that assuredly was indicative that he was not coherent to the humongous enormity of the utmost seriousness of government organized crime upon the 90% majority of the populace responsible for the poverty and all the ramifications upon society whereas it was not about the mere $100,000 of my money, but the gazillions the Criminal Fraud extortionists constitutional traitors that have abandoned the 90% majority using the Tax Payers money to finance their entire overhead to run their own Law Society industry catering to the corporate world having infested the purported to be people's legal/political system infesting and investing the corporate world with insatiable urge for extra pocket money as Richard Fine soon found out that the government organized crime syndicates frown on being exposed by their own trained people locking him up for over 14 months now without charges and decidedly cannot let him out until they have secured the certainty that he will just fade away in the sunset as did our Zack and of course I would be considered insane as did CanLaw

The Humongous Little Lie of the DOJ January 22 2007 would have me believe the federal government has no authority in Ontario with the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada a bencher with precedence with the Law Society of Upper Canada with former Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day admitting he is responsible to the people and Parliament for the RCMP November 2 2007 Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day and David Brown's Task Force Report on or about December 24 2007 blames Zack for the shambles of the RCMP, with Day a Minister of the federal government under the advisement of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada then Robert Nicholson appointed by the Prime Minister Stephen Harper with the RCMP assigned under the RCMP Act enacted by the Federal government with the RCMP all over Canada with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP admitting they were independent of the RCMP while Commissioned by the Federal government with RCMP Sgt. Michael Thomson consulting with the DOJ on matters of the Federal Business Corporation Act that Don Wilson was the President/Director of Bio Safe federally incorporated acting out of Ontario that the federal government enacted under their authority under the Constitution Act, 1982: Document that registers federally incorporated businesses ultimately responsible for the sanctity of the Constitution that guarantees every individual equal Charter rights to be equally governed, protected and benefited signed by the federal government that enacted it along with the provincial governments and Queen Elizabeth with Canadians in every province and territories in their domain thus responsible for every Canadians safety and well being it is a humongous improbability that they can convince the 90% majority that they have no say if the provinces choose to be organized crime ransacking us all, whereas it is obvious they are in on the ransacking too, as major players with access to the Lobbyist list of available briberists with much greater money to be made having the influential power to commence wars with access to the corporate conglomerates as Mulroney chairs many selling his influential prowess and insider information assuredly involved in the USA, having already proven his unscrupulous nature as have them that wasted so much money and time knowing certain from the beginning he was admitted Tax evader to conclude that he acted inappropriately.

Well now I will present the irrefutable evidence that the entire Ontario Government is organized crime corruption and conspiracy personified that the evidence unequivocally proves that the entire government refused to act on behalf of the Ontario citizens guaranteed constitutional Charter rights being that granted in Perpetual Possessory Title to all Canadians clearly demonstrative that they would not support any individual's rights of the 90% majority which I have clearly documented of the British Columbia government in the Dawson Creek Murders of friends of Dolores Smith that the RCMP covered-up being quite good at this kind of thing even though collectively with minds of a single toad providing the irrefutable evidence confident of their charlatan adeptness honed over the centuries with the support of the PROS and CONS as the Law Society of Upper Canada openly arrogantly and blatantly admit in response to a separate personal complaint against one of their members regarding a completely different matter either stating or implying in response to my quest for action in support of my Charter rights that their members only obligation is to vigorously advance the interests of their clients ... them of course that are willing and can afford their exorbitant extortion fees.

They go onto state after months of persistence to get the evidence I required that they are not required to look at evidence when it is against their members citing the Law Society Act that the Ontario Attorney General administers as a bencher with precedence 2nd only to the MOJ Attorney General of Canada as he appoints the Chair and 4 others selecting 5 more from a list provided by the Law Society, while he is also the chief legal advisor of the Ontario Government administering all the Acts including the Ombudsman that were kind enough to inform they did not have the authority the Ontario government publish on their site to have us believe all was legitimate that they claim the Ombudsman and others akin are independent agencies with the Attorney General not only the administer of the Acts, but adviser of the agency heads along with all government departments and police.

Can Law a national lawyer referral service states what I have come to know and documented that the Law Society cannot be trusted as they protect their members from the consumer not the consumer from their members www.canlaw.com and the same of the judges organization that lawyers have come to fear for their jobs, but of course they say for their clients well being being deceptive by nature due the conspiracy they cooperate with extorting exorbitant fees for that which we are all entitled to under the legal administration and enforcement.

The CanLaw document requests Can Law's aid but they thought I was some kind of Stupid!!!

The Legal Aid system is illegal contrary to every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights and this document again demonstrates with the aid of the media how they use empathy to gloss over the issues that the majority of us 90% majority cannot afford to access the system absolutely contrary to our rights as the "Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General" published on the Ontario web site clearly states he is responsible as "guardian of the public interests" that not only includes society as a whole and the VICTIM, but the accused.

Assuredly he will not protect this individual of the 90% majority irrefutably documented but they abscond with taxes from me as well as every other tax payer that cannot afford a lawyer and need not being his responsibility to deal with my issues consistent with society as a whole that includes providing not only a Prosecuting Crown Attorney, but a Defending Crown Attorney both required to present to the courts all pertinent evidence, hardly a probability when the attorney General obstructs the police in many ways who should be absolutely independent of the government as well as the Legal System as the R&R of the AG clearly states being a document infested with Conflict of Interest being not only the advisor of many government entities that states they have different interests than the Public that he is responsible to be the Guardian, whereas he is responsible for all constitutional matters and the legality of all enactments while responsible for the public interest and every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights that has to be priority one with absolutely every individual responsible to be consistently in, of and with The Spirit being the only environment with which the terms of the guarantee can be met that decidedly all persons of the government that he advises and who appoint him are believed to be the people's representatives even though we know different of the lowest scum of the earth, but anyway he cannot possible tend to the interests of the conspirators while being responsible for the public interest making it mandatory that he keep all government departments and agencies in line with The Spirit providing them appropriate authority to protect the people.

However they know they are illegal just a facade of being in The Spirit with evidence excruciatingly obvious as even the Commissions they assign with the taxpayers money to fill the Legal Aid coffers to overflowing inform them, absolutely clear but in a mild mannered way with no superman under their glasses to fight evil just get paid to a luxuriously lifestyle as cooperatives obviously aware of the conspiracy with
